Tips and Tricks...Using a metal rack to elevate the Keto chicken Legs helps allow the air to circulate around them resulting in crispy legs even on the bottom. Foil line your tray when baking with a rack this will make for quick and easy cleanup! If you don't have a metal rack, use parchment paper and be sure to flip the chicken legs part way through - it may add 5-10 minutes to the baking time. For crispier chicken skin start with an initial high heat when baking the chicken legs in the oven. Pre-heat the oven to 425-450 degrees and bake at this temp for the first 10-15 minutes will help crispy up the skin quickly. Reduce the temperature back to 400 degrees for the remainder and continue baking until the legs are cooked through.
