Keto Cranberry Sauce is the perfect blend of Sweet and Tart. Accents of orange and cinnamon make this Keto Cranberry Sauce a favorite all while coming in at less than 1 carb per serving. Not only that but this simple recipe that can be made in your crock pot.

I love the flavor on cranberry sauce, add it to your holiday pancakes. Spoon some onto a block of cream cheese for a great appetizer dip/spread. Add a dollop on your chicken salad (my favorite) and of course this goes great as a condiment for Turkey.
How to make Keto Cranberry Sauce:
In a crock pot add all ingredients and stir well to combine. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours giving it a stir every half hour during the cooking process. Once completed, chill in the fridge, this will allow the mixture to set.
This recipe is written for making in a crock pot, however you can easily make this on the stove-top. Just watch the heat so it does not burn and constantly stir until thickened. It should take 30 minutes or less with this method.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. I have also canned this in Jelly Jars and served it up throughout the year. Keto Cranberry sauce can also make a great gift!

Tips and Tricks:
Sugar can be replaced for Monk Fruit 1:1, but will increase carb counts.
This recipe was created to make in a crock pot, however this can easily be made on the stove top with the same results in less time. If you make on stove top be sure to watch the heat, to keep it from scorching and stir frequently until thickened.

Equipment
- Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 2 12 oz Bags of Cranberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Orange Zest optional
- 1 Orange Squeezed, just juice or orange Or 1/4 orange juice prepared
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Cups Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener Or Sweetener of your choice
- 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into crock pot
- Stir well to combine
- Cook on High 2 Hours or Low for 4, stir every 30-45 minutes.
- Chill Mixture in fridge before serving. – Enjoy!
