Notes

You can use just about any type of lettuce leaves for this recipe.  I find the butter lettuce works amazing for wraps thanks to their perfectly shaped cup leaves.  I buy living butter lettuce.  All you have to do is cut off the stem and carefully peel the leaves away.  Give them a quick wash/dry they are ready to go.
The peanut butter in the sauce can easily be replaced with Almond Butter or even a tahini for a nut free version.
Just about any ground meat will work.  Try Asian Lettuce wraps with ground turkey, pork or even ground beef.
Store leftover filling in an airtight storage container in the fridge for up to 4 days.  Store your lettuce separately.  I like to wrap lettuce leaves in a dry paper towel before placing them in a zip top bag.  Keto Asian Lettuce Wrap filling can also be frozen.  Place filling in an airtight freezer-safe container in the freezer for up to 3 months.  Thaw in the fridge and serve with fresh lettuce.
