How to Make Cranberry Honey Butter:
To make Cranberry Honey Butter, start by whipping 1 cup of butter with a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy. Add 1/4 cup of honey and whip again until well combined. Next, take dried cranberries and give them a chop. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of chopped cranberries to the butter, followed by the zest of one orange and a pinch of salt. Gently fold these ingredients into the butter until evenly distributed.

Tips and Tricks:
Allow your butter to come to room temperature before whipping.
Use a good quality butter, Kerry Gold is my favorite for this recipe. I use salted butter, but you can use unsalted and add an extra pinch of salt at the end.
