The recipe is simple and likely you already have the ingredients in your fridge or pantry. It’s as easy as adding the 7 everyday ingredients into a bowl and giving it a good stir. Put a scoop into the waffle maker and minutes later – delicious keto pizza chaffles base! Place your cooked chaffles on a baking sheet, add your toppings and bake until melty and hot!

How to make the Keto Pizza Chaffles
Start off by preheating your handy dandy waffle maker. I used a belgian waffle maker and it creates a thick crust which I am a fan of. But the Dash mini waffle maker is a popular pick and creates a thinner crust with a little more crunch.
In a large bowl add your Mozzarella Cheese, Almond Flour, Grated Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Almond FlourOnce combined, add to you waffle maker and cook for approx 2-5 minutes depending on the temperature of your waffle maker and the type of waffle maker you use this time varies. The Keto Pizza Chaffle should be slightly crisp and golden brown. Don’t be afraid to open the lid, take a peek and continue cooking if needed.
Place the cooked Chaffle on a baking sheet and top with your favorite pizza toppings, put in the oven for a final bake and enjoy!
Tips and Tricks…
If you want extra crunch add some additional cheese to the waffle maker just before adding the Keto Pizza Chaffle batter and a little on top before you close the lid.
These Chaffles make an amazing Cheese Garlic bread base…just mix some roasted garlic or garlic powder with butter, spread on the Keto Pizza Chaffles and top with Mozzarella Cheese, bake like you would normally.
Turn your oven to Broil for the last few minutes of cooking to get the toppings bubbly and crisp.

- 1 tbsp "heaping tbsp" Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese The kind from the shaker can
- 1/8 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Once combined, add to you waffle maker and cook for approx 2-5 minutes depending on the temperature of your waffle maker and the type of waffle maker you use this time varies. - Remove from Waffle maker and place on a baking sheet.
