Ingredients

Almond Flour

Grated Parmesan Cheese (from the can)

Chicken Breast Halves
Salt and Pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions
Clean the Chicken breast and slice into Chicken Strips
Create a breading station of 2 whisked eggs and bowl with Almond flour and Parmesan grated cheese (season with salt and pepper)
Dry your chicken strips with a paper towel
Dip your chicken strips into the egg, then roll in the breading mixture
Place the chicken into your heavy bottom pan with preheated oil. Turn the chicken as it browns.
Once chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees its done. More to a rack to allow any excess oil to drip off.
Serve while hot!
Notes
You need a
heavy bottom pan
Watch your heat, if the pan gets too hot the almond meal will burn!
