Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (from the can)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Chicken Breast Halves
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Clean the Chicken breast and slice into Chicken Strips
  • Create a breading station of 2 whisked eggs and bowl with Almond flour and Parmesan grated cheese (season with salt and pepper)
  • Dry your chicken strips with a paper towel
  • Dip your chicken strips into the egg, then roll in the breading mixture
  • Place the chicken into your heavy bottom pan with preheated oil. Turn the chicken as it browns.
  • Once chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees its done. More to a rack to allow any excess oil to drip off.
  • Serve while hot!

Notes

You need a heavy bottom pan
Watch your heat, if the pan gets too hot the almond meal will burn!
