Notes

Tips and Tricks:
If your in a hurry or don’t have fresh bell peppers, you can use frozen pepper and onion mix.  This will also reduce your prep time!
If your into meal prep, the Keto Philly Cheese Steak Bake is great reheated, and freezes well.  I always use glass for storing and reheating, these containers are great with snap on lids.
You can use any color of bell peppers, I use Green in mine, unless I’m in a hurry and grab a bag of frozen peppers. Generally the frozen pepper and onion mix have a variety.   I personally like the flavor of the green bell peppers best in this dish.
Add a little marinara sauce on top when serving. (Find my recipe for Keto Marinara Sauce here) While this may not be part of the traditional “Philly Cheese Steak” and you could start a heated debate if you talk to someone from Philly.  In the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania adding Marina sauce to your “Philly” Cheese Steak is a real thing!
